Well... this is a watercolor that I did today... of course as you can see... I added a few touch ups on the computer since it didn't scan well anyways :/
I was dying to do a nice painting of Mizgarth... being that I just have an attraction to beautiful white dragons. :>
This picture is depicting Mizgarth flying gleefully, with Exiel longingly watching from a distance. being that he is her non-wed lover. who I figured out is basically her step-son, son of her husband before she wed him. (scared me at first I thought she was diggin on her own son
)
however... I don't know there's something about her that I loathe... like... that kind of ignorant beauty... makes me wanna slap her in the face... LOL
I had so much fun drawing and coloring this... I hope you like it =kilara!!
oh yes... I realize now that I gave her an extra bump thingy on her chin SLFKNSDLFN BLARG V.V

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is a very eye catching peice, that shows a real finesse with water colours, and the use of perspective and lighting.
However, the main thing that brings down this picture is the anatomy. Her forearm, shoulder and tummy look sort of.. mismatched? If you were to move the wings and arms down a tad, I believe this would overall improve an already lovely peice.
I also think there could be somethnig wrong with the perspective of that left hand wing.. it looks to flat in comparison to Miz's body.
I agree with the others, a little more curve in the neck would also improve the flow of her body.
But once again, I commend the excellent use of colour and expression! The overall feel of the peice is very nice, and I must admit, I love Miz's little glowy-ish markings. :3 They stand out!
