MuAH HA HA HA HAAA

I did this primarily with prismacolor pencils... I shaded with watered down black acrylic and then I made the light spots with plain white acrylic

Anarchpeace... being sexy... emerging from water...

he is primarily a water dragon... but he doesn't like it very much


I just thought it looked like he was all "Muahahahaha"

and such... so that's what I called it
